This is a fully operational Mastersizer offering a 0.05μm to 3500μm range with an acquisition speed of 500Hz with real-time tracking of dispersion changes. User variable acquisition time from from 0.002 sec to >130 seconds.  Dry powders, liquid suspensions, sprays and emulsions can all be analyzed.  The detector array is optimised to extend single lens dynamic range and maximise reproducibility and resolution.  The lens assembly is mounted on a Robust optical bench with an intelligent alignment utility to assure optical stability.  Many laboratories need to measure their samples in dispersants other than water and need to minimize the solvent usage as much as possible.

This system includes 2 stainless steel wet dispersion units of capacity 50 – 120 ml with continuously variable single shaft pump and stirrer for testing pharmaceuticals, chemicals, foodstuffs, emulsions, etc. 

The PC datasystem has the latest 2.19, interface to the Autosizer and dispersion units and original software and manauls with flat screen display, etc.  Numberous calibration solutions, lenses and a host of accessories are included making it easy to get started.  Voltage 100 to 240 volts.
